1.1 Technical features
“Yong Jin” JH Series universal industrial gear is a parallel shaft involutes cylinder gear transmission device with four based modes (first-stage, second-stage, third –stage or fourth reduction) and 51 specifications.
This series gear is a new-generation universal gear transmission device. Integrating our plant’s rich experience of scientific research and design and manufacture of gear. Optimal design has been used for major parameters and standard, series and modularized composed design has been done to sub-assembly and parts so as to realize the universal use and replace with different modes and different structures for the major transmission parts.
The major sub-assembly and parts have been designed in use of modular with unique structure and simple appearance, and the vertical or horizontal installation types can be realized.
High-grade alloy casehardened steel is used for the manufacture of gear, the carburized, hardened and ground gear surface has high precision of gear and loading capacity.
It is convenient for use and maintenance while the rolling gear has been used.
Natural cooling, wind cooling, cooling with internal cooler and forced lubrication could be used according to the demand.
Featuring with small volume, light weight, low noise and high reliability, the gear can be widely used for the industrial equipment in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mine, petroleum, transportation, papermaking and engineering machinery, etc.
