JK are series universal industrial gear.
JK series universal industrial gear is a involute taper-cylinder gear transmission device whose input shaft, with three based models(second-stage. Third-stage and fourth-stage reduction) and 40 specifications.
JK series gears are new-generation universal gear transmission device accumulating our plant’s rich experience of scientific research design and manufacture of gear.
Optimal design has been used for major parameters, and standard, series and modularized composed design has been done to spare parts for structure so as to realize the universal use and replace with different model and different structures for the major transmission parts.
The major spare parts have been designed in use of modular with unique structure and simple appearance and then vertical or horizontal installation types can be realized.
High-grade alloy case hardened steel is used for the manufacture of gear the cementing, hardened and grinding gear surface has high precision of gear and loading capacity. It is convenient for use and maintenance while the rolling gear has been used.
Natural cooling, wind cooling, cooling with internal cooler and forced lubrication could be used according to the requests.
